...Challenges Encountered During Development
Pixel-Style Material Creation
In this project, I explored how to apply pixel textures to 3D models. There were several challenges to address, such as properly aligning the pixels and ensuring smooth transitions between colors and shadows. It took quite some time to resolve these issues, but the final results turned out great.
Project Management
When we started our first project as a team, we had to figure out how to efficiently allocate and manage tasks. To do this, we explored different agile project management methods and tools. We experimented with Notion and Monday, and for version control, we decided to use Git. Throughout the process, the team was adapting and refining its workflow to maximize productivity.
